Function addition

  • The directory (folder) where the project can be saved can be specified by the user in [Help] – [Preference] – [8. Other]. If the user specifies this directory, the project will be automatically saved with the project name MolDeskProject ***. (In the past, when you wanted to save a project, you had to select [File] – [Save as] to save it.)

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug in [Solvate Membrane] that when adding a water solvent to a lipid double membrane system, a region where water molecules were missing appeared in a large system with 100,000 or more atoms in the water solvent.
  • Fixed a bug that myPresto Portal does not start normally in an environment that does not support OpenGL2 on Linux.
