  • [File] – [Open Remote mmCIF / PDB] : We have enabled the entry of extended PDB IDs (12-character strings beginning with “pdb_”). The previous 4-character format is still supported.
  • [Preference] – [Docking] : We have made it possible to select sievgene (04/19/22) ver. v5.002.220419, which was used in a previous version (ver. 1.1.106). This update addresses user requests to restore the ability to calculate scores using the older version of sievgene.
  • Remove the [TEST] button from the top menu.
