Update history 
We have released LigandBox of 3 million compounds using the 2020 version of Namki Shoji Co., Ltd. catalog. 

You can download it from the LigandBox download site. 

 LB_drug_Namiki2004_1-300 (3 million compounds for drug discovery)
 LB_agri_Namiki2004_1-300 (3 million compounds for pesticides)

There are two types, one for drug discovery and the other for pesticides, each containing 3 million molecules of compounds.
