Function addition

  • In animation display of MD calculation result, it is possible to acquire the correct coordinates in the displayed frame by mouse clicking on atom.
  • There were cases in which multiple bonds were generated from one atom by hydrogen bonding, but only one closest bond was shown to be displayed.
  • The display is automatically saved by Undo / Redo (but does not save the display of hydrogen bonds, hydrogen bonding is always displayed again with Display – H bond – On).

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a problem during hydrogen bond calculation.
