Function addition

• In the compound list, the number of columns displaying the various characteristic values of the compound was increased.
• Labels display by Display – Label is made not to be hidden by the nearest bond or atom, making display easy to see.
• Color – Tube Ribbon Cartoon – Chain menu was added.
• The display is saved even when the command is executed when the Wireframe and the Ribbon display etc. are displayed simultaneously in the whole molecule.
• In the compound list of the docking result, the display state was maintained when molecule was added to the system by [Add Selected Docking Result].
• Display – Surface (eF – surf / eF – seek) menu was added. The molecular surface file (arbitrary coordinate) generated by the user at the eF – surf / eF – seek site of PDBj could be inputted, so that the surface such as the electrostatic potential plane can be displayed.
• Preference – Internet –  Ligandbox Download URL was changed to mypresto 5.com site.

Bug fixes

• [Add Fragment] Fixed a bug that does not display fragments on the 3D screen when entering fragments in the absence of molecules in the system. (This bug was inherent from ver.1.1.55.)
• In the compound list of the docking result, there was a resource leak in the process of adding molecules to the system by [Add Selected Docking Result], and the bug fixed that the operation becomes unstable after executing [Add Selected Docking Result]. (This bug has always existed inside.)
