Function addition

• The display of SS bond and hydrogen bond system was made displayable in the animation of MD calculation result.
• The SS connection was made to be completely synchronized with the SSBOND line of the PDB.
• The display of all nonpolar hydrogen atoms was eliminated (Display – Hide all non – polar H atoms menu added).
• Deleted RADIUS and _GETCH from the input setting item of myPresto’s sievgene program (docking calculation program) (because it is unnecessary).
• Preference – Internet – Updated URL setting of eF – site Download URL. Recently, the URL of eF – site (PDBj) has changed.
